Snow day

March 1st 2009.  The maiden entry for Extra Medium Blog.  It is 11:29pm and the night before the first(and prob last) big snow day for DC this year.  8-10 inches of fresh white they say, the free kind.  yay.  I'll make a sled out of cardboard, go to the tallest spot in my zip code and slide approximately 6 and a half glorious feet at a 30 degree angle into the bumper of a Volvo x90 that someone parked the same time I started my descent.  My daughter will laugh at me as I pretend to writhe in pain.  It will be a great outing that we will most likely soon forget.  Because thats what we do.  Cheers!

  1. Short of a few errors, very well written. As a 14 month old, going on 15 months... I can only dream of a ride on a sled. My parents keep me indoors at all times to maintain that perfect pale Korean complexion. I can only live vicariously though the writings of others. Till next time. Max.

  2. By the way. You need to fix your over powering title picture. It's ridiculous. Please take a look at my blog for a good example (http://maxlee3rd.blogspot.com). Rookie!
